In this episode I speak to Ex-Inspector Jack Frost who was trained to work with forensic scientists at crime scenes involving multiple fatalities. Jack and his colleagues were deployed after the suicide bombings on the London Underground in July 2005.
People like Jack deserve our respect and thanks for the particularly distressing job that they do.

Fascinating to listen to. As regards the Lancastria I stumbled on to the story some years ago. I always recall my late Nan referring to a near neighbour ashen she said ‘he went down on the Lancastria’ but I wasn’t sure what she meant until lots later. There was an association for the families for some time after the loss and a book was written (more than one actually) called the Sinking of the Lancastria’ Really worthwhile getting into the story.
